Finally I couldn't help myself, even though my budget could help itself. Heart ruled over head and took the plunge to purchase the canon ef-s60mm f/2.8 Macro USM

I am so excited. I tried it today. The weather was sunny but blowing a gale, but who cares, went out with it anyway and came home with some not so famous shots. I tested it indoors and it is really fantastic. I have to say it is no where near as brilliant as my partners nikon 105mm lense but then I only paid half the price. So far, all round, fantastic for the price. I hope to post some images from it soon after I get used to using it.
